wish I knew who was responsible for these stop sign cozies (?!)
would that be what they are called? pole warmers? sign snudes?...

love them...

Michael Kiwanuka

This album just snuck up on me and I love it. Old sounds, new soul, nostalgic and dreamy, familiar and...thank you Michael Kiwanuka.

Back to School 2012

10th grade, MIDDLE SCHOOL (6th) and 1rst grade. Wow!
I can't believe summer has flown past and there they are on the porch again at the brutal crack of dawn facing another year of carpool and packing lunches and homework. Good thing they are all going to wonderful schools full of great people. Couldn't ask for more really. And off they go!!

Love them!

Silas, Jessie and Rocco in their new classroom!

Silas and I had tiny little Finleys on our fingers...so we could think about her on her first day of kindergarden....I can't wait to hear about it!!

THE JOURNEY IS THE DESTINATION...Park Slope 2012

we went every where

all together

sometimes happily

somtimes with complications

magic moments we couldn't plan

surprise meetings with old friends

sometimes shirtless

in it for the adventure

a family pack

seeing what there is to see

lovely faces, iconic places

I loved everything about this trip. I am so thankful. I remembered how much I love to travel and appreciated the daily adventures. The surprises! And the company....I miss you all!!!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxo....
