Yes'm! That is what Mr. Safran Foer said in Eating Animals (the book I mostly attribute to my conversion.) This is a great article because I see it and hear it everywhere - "grass fed" organic, humanely slaughtered meat, blah blah. Yeah, a bolder statement. "Let's not eat those guys." Let's not make those animal "products". Nice cutie pie heart-headed cow;)
